Ensuring the safety of our animals is our top priority. Each reptile is securely packed inside insulated foam boxes labeled with live animal markings. With a reputation as the best shippers in the country, we have successfully shipped thousands of reptiles.

Our dedicated team monitors local temperatures to guarantee optimal conditions during transit. Additionally, we provide HeatPacks or CryoPacks at no extra cost if necessary, further ensuring the well-being of your reptile during the journey.

Shipping costs vary based on the purchased animal and shipping address, starting at $50-$80+. To obtain a more accurate estimate, please use the estimate option available on your cart. Additionally, we can arrange shipments via airline airport to airport for alternative shipping options.

We also facilitate meet-ups in the Deerfield Beach, FL area.

Shipping days are Mondays, Tuesdays, & Wednesdays. Why not Thursday and Friday? Because if an animal gets delayed on these days, the animal could get stuck all weekend in a box without the proper care. We do not want to risk the animal's health and livelihood.

All shipments are sent via FedEx priority overnight for next-day delivery. Orders placed before 4 PM Eastern Standard Time qualify for same-day overnight shipping. Upon placing your order, you'll receive an email to select a shipping day, and we won't proceed until we have your confirmation.

The arrival time is determined by the tracking information provided via email once shipped, typically by 10:30 a.m. to most businesses in the contiguous U.S. and by noon to residences. For quicker transit and convenience, we recommend shipping directly to your nearest FedEx Ship Center for Pick Up as it results in shortener transit times for the animal.

In the rare case of a DOA, please notify us within 1 hour of delivery (or all guarantees are void) with pictures and a video of the box and the animal.

While our facility isn't open to the public, meet-ups can be arranged for South Florida residents. Please contact us to coordinate.
